Having first passed a series of aptitude tests, our newly hired employees are provided space in our training department. Our training laboratory is a fully functional, stand-alone facility. Our PTC trained and certified facilitator, Vicki Stacy works with all technicians that are new to the laboratory, introducing them to the "Standards" that are used to measure quality. The technicians undergo a comprehensive program that involves manuals, videos, written and practical testing, as well as extensive hands-on training.
