It is common practice for dental laboratories to provide new doctors with one or two of their best possible restorations. Continuing to do so, case after case, year after year, becomes the real challenge. In order to meet this challenge, we have developed the most comprehensive Quality Assurance Program in the industry. All of our personnel are involved with the Quality Assurance of your case, from the initial unpacking through the final delivery to your office.
Doctor’s Preference Profile
When you fill out a Doctor Preference Profile, your requirements are entered into our database. That means that every time we receive a case from you, all of your preferences, specific to the type of case we’ll be working on (crown & bridge, denture, etc.) automatically appear on the work order. Changes can be made to your preferences at any time. If you haven’t already done so, feel free to inquire with Megan Keeney, Dr. Relations Representative, about the Doctor Preference Profile.

We at Ottawa Dental Laboratory are committed to providing you with the best products and services in the industry. Our primary focus is that of constant improvement, and it is for this purpose that we ask for your assistance. We can’t do better if we aren’t aware and your feedback on a case is by far our best means of measuring our progress toward meeting your personal expectations.

For your convenience, we have incorporated our Quality Assurance Card directly into the invoices that you receive with each case. Your patient’s name is printed in the upper right corner of each card, along with your name and case number. When you return the cards to us with your comments and suggestions, we can quickly respond.
